Our slip rental customers are an integral part of

We offer our tenants special service discounts and will offer them discounts on  new and pre-owned boats. At this time, we have a NO covered slips available.   Contact us to find out more details:  540-719-2427 or   please email magnumboating@yahoo.com to discover if details of our rentals. Our slip rentals are yearly from April 1 to March 31st of the next year for a complete year.  We will accept newcomers mid season if space available, but contracts are written from that point until March 31, of the following year. We can do monthly pricing for a slight increase (requires credit card on file), so contracts for entire year are discounted.  Please call for pricing.   We will work with you on all slips  Special discounted rate for Seatow Memberships available. 

• Price:  NO PRICE increase for 2011:  $2200 a year covered Slip (2 Larger slips at end $2400/year--monthly charge more).
